House Rules
"Come A Casa" is the spirit of your holiday and of living at home. Take care of everything, as if you were at home.
Every detail has been made with love and with the desire to make you feel at ease throughout your stay.
Arrival and departure

Check-in and check-out
Check-in takes place from 12.00 to 19.00 by calling one hour before arrival and check-out takes place by 12.00 in the morning. A more flexible schedule can be granted upon explicit request and my consent.

Keys to the B&B
The keys must be returned to the management upon check-out or left on the table, by prior arrangement.

Necessary documents
The guest, upon his arrival, is required to show a valid identity document, for registration, according to the current provisions of the law.

Privacy
The data you provide will be treated in compliance with the confidentiality obligations regulated by the law n. 675 of 12/31/1996.
Payments

Balance of the stay
The balance, relating to the entire duration of the stay, must be paid upon arrival, upon delivery of the keys. Electronic payment is available directly in the structure. Early departure will not give any right to a refund.

Sojourn tax
As attached municipal information, there is a sojourn tax to be paid upon arrival: €1.50 per person per day of stay, excluding underage guests.

Animali
Pets are allowed!

Use of the kitchen
Whoever uses the kitchen is required to wash up and tidy up.

No smoking
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the B&B.

Entry and exit from the facility
Entry and exit from the facility are free.

Safety standards
Please lock the door each time you enter and leave for everyone's safety. Never leave keys inserted in the lock

Unregistered guests
The entry of unregistered persons is prohibited.

Parking
You cannot park inside the condominium courtyard but you can stop for the time to unload / load the car.
